Korozo achieves Miraclon Certified User status, underscoring flexo print excellence

Korozo’s Esenyurt facility in Türkiye met the stringent standards required by the Miraclon Certified User Program.

TÜRKIYE – Leading international flexible packaging manufacturer Korozo Group has joined an elite circle of global flexographic innovators, becoming a Miraclon Certified User.

This prestigious certification affirms the company’s advanced capabilities in flexo platemaking and its commitment to delivering top-tier print quality using Kodak Flexcel NX Plates.

Following an in-depth technical assessment, Korozo’s Esenyurt facility in Türkiye met the stringent standards required by the Miraclon Certified User Program.

This includes demonstrating precision in imaging, process control, and repeatability – key factors in achieving consistently excellent flexographic print output.

The Miraclon Certified User Program recognizes companies that uphold industry-leading performance in flexographic prepress and platemaking using the Kodak Flexcel NX System.

The certification is backed by comprehensive data analysis and real-time quality control, ensuring certified facilities not only meet but maintain superior print standards over time.

Korozo’s certification reflects its significant investment in state-of-the-art flexo press lines and the robust infrastructure required to support them – from high-resolution imaging to efficient plate processing.

This quality-first philosophy has made Korozo a trusted partner for global brands across food, household, hygiene, and industrial packaging segments.

“Becoming a Miraclon Certified User exemplifies the immense pride we take in how we produce flexible packaging and the commitment we make to delivering the highest print quality,” said Soner Koç, Chief Operating Officer of Korozo Group.

“This recognition further reinforces our leadership in flexographic printing. Over the past 18 months, we have received multiple industry awards for our packaging solutions.

“The Miraclon certification is another milestone that demonstrates our customers can trust us to consistently deliver outstanding and efficient results.”

Korozo’s recognition comes at a time when converters worldwide are embracing flexo for its sustainability, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Miraclon’s technology has played a pivotal role in that shift by enabling printers to achieve offset-like detail and gravure-quality consistency with flexo.

Other notable Miraclon Certified Users include global packaging leaders such as Reproflex3 (UK), Cyber Graphics (USA), and Flex-Punkt (Germany), placing Korozo among a select group recognized for technical excellence and process maturity in flexographic print production.

With this new certification, Korozo continues to strengthen its global profile as a packaging innovator that blends quality, reliability, and forward-looking technology to meet the evolving needs of brands and retailers.
