Labelexpo Europe: Rotocon to debut with live demos and next-gen label solutions

The centerpiece of Rotocon’s showcase is the Chrome 450 flexo press.

SPAIN – Rotocon is gearing up for a milestone moment as it makes its debut at Labelexpo Europe, one of the world’s premier label and package printing exhibitions.

Exhibiting alongside HS Machinery, Rotocon will spotlight three advanced label production technologies through live demonstrations: the Chrome 450 flexo press, the EcoLine RDF 340 digital label finishing system, and the EcoLine RSI 540 slitting and inspection machine.

The centerpiece of Rotocon’s showcase is the Chrome 450 flexo press. Built for versatility and user-friendliness, this press combines exceptional print quality with intuitive controls and modular construction.

It allows flexo printers to tailor their equipment to specific production needs and budgets. From embellished finishes to integrated automation, the Chrome 450 enables flexible upgrades that can be activated with a simple button press – making it a standout for those seeking scalable innovation in label production.

Also taking the spotlight is the EcoLine RDF 340, a high-speed digital printed label converting and finishing machine.

Designed for agility and long-term adaptability, the RDF 340 supports a wide range of applications including hot and cold foiling, screen printing, embossing, multilayer label production, and in-mold labeling.

Its modular setup makes it ideal for converters ready to expand their capabilities as demand evolves.

Complementing the lineup is the EcoLine RSI 540, a fully servo-driven slitting, inspection, and rewinding machine.

It offers speeds of up to 300 m/min, with minimal maintenance requirements and an operator-friendly interface, making it ideal for high-output environments requiring precision and reliability.

In a parallel showcase, inspection technology leader EyeC will debut its new AI-powered EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight, which has been installed on a Rotocon EcoLine machine.

This integration marks a leap forward in intelligent print inspection, combining high-speed label finishing with cutting-edge defect detection and quality assurance powered by artificial intelligence.

Rotocon Group CEO Michael Aengenvoort emphasized the immersive nature of their Labelexpo participation, “Our equipment lineup will showcase precision and efficiency at every stage of label printing and finishing.

“We invite printers to bring their machine operators, technicians, and production managers to experience live label production firsthand and see the advanced technologies and practical benefits these machines offer.”

Rotocon’s Labelexpo Europe debut not only marks a strategic expansion into the global market but also reaffirms the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, modular, and user-focused solutions for label converters worldwide.
