The workflows span Estimate, Order, Supplier Delivery, Supplier Price List, Bill of Lading, and Accounts Payable Processing, each drawing data from emails, PDFs, and incoming documents, structuring it automatically, and routing it into the right ERP function.

UNITED STATES – HiFlow Solutions unveiled an AI-powered ERP platform and six automated workflows, aiming to strip repetitive document handling out of daily operations for label and packaging converters.
The workflows cover Estimate Processing, Order Processing, Supplier Delivery Processing, Supplier Price List Updates, Bill of Lading Processing and Accounts Payable Processing.
Each draws information from emails, PDFs and other incoming documents, structures it automatically and routes it into the relevant ERP function.
HiFlow argues this removes manual keying that consumes staff hours without adding commercial value, freeing employees for tasks requiring judgement and expertise.
Conversational Agent Produces Label Estimates
The company also introduced an AI Quote Agent built specifically for packaging, which generates label estimates and quotations through conversational input.
Users supply job specifications while the agent assembles a costing for review.
HiFlow framed the demonstration as a step toward agentic ERP, where systems execute work rather than simply record it, and confirmed further specialised agents are planned.
Labour Shortages Drive Automation Demand
Mariusz Sosnowski, chief executive of HiFlow Solutions, said the company wanted to move the AI discussion from theoretical possibility to demonstrable operation, noting that extracting usable data from documents already entering a business was where automation delivered tangible change.
Alfonso Hernandez, vice president of sales, pointed to an ageing expert workforce, plant consolidation and tightening labour availability, adding that shop-floor connectivity for tracking equipment, substrates and tooling was essential to avoid unplanned stoppage.
Multi-Product Operations Expose Legacy ERP Gaps
Steve DeBenedetto, business development manager, said a notable pattern at the event was how many businesses operated across multiple product types rather than concentrating on a single label process, meaning platforms must match real operating models instead of the niche a converter originally occupied.
HiFlow showcased the technology at Labels and Outer Packaging Embellishment 2026 in Chicago.
The company offers AI-based management information systems spanning labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons and corrugated manufacturing, drawing on more than 26 years of packaging software development.
For converters facing margin pressure and skills shortages, automated order and supplier processing offers a route to raising throughput without proportional headcount growth.
