New Packs: Sprite, Evian, and Douglas Laing unveil unique limited-edition offerings

USA – Sprite has teamed up with Chicago-based designer Joe Freshgoods to create a vibrant collection of limited-edition cans as part of its Obey Your Thirst campaign.

The can designs draw inspiration from Freshgoods’ signature clothing lines, airbrush art, and graffiti, evoking the energy of community gatherings like cookouts and pep rallies.

A.P. Chaney, Senior Creative Director at Sprite North America, noted, “We’re excited to bring Obey Your Thirst to life through the lens of fashion.”

This campaign revival follows a series of TV spots featuring NBA star Anthony Edwards and track and field sensation Sha’Carri Richardson, Sprite’s first female athlete partner.

The Obey Your Thirst mantra continues to champion authenticity, encouraging people to embrace their individuality.

Evian launches connected packs with Pharrell Williams and Humanrace

Evian, in collaboration with Pharrell Williams and his brand Humanrace, has introduced two limited-edition glass bottles—one still and one sparkling.

This marks Evian’s first venture into glass packaging, blending sleek design with digital engagement powered by SharpEnd’s io.tt platform.

The bottles, part of Evian’s ‘Mountain of Youth’ campaign, feature the phrase “This is the Fountain of Youth,” symbolizing the shared belief between Evian and Williams that wellness begins with water.

Pharrell emphasized the importance of hydration and self-care, stating, “These bottles represent more than just water—they’re a reminder that self-care can be joyful.”

Evian’s Global Director, Dawid Borowiec, added, “Humanrace perfectly complements Evian’s vision of joyful wellness. Together, we aim to inspire people to prioritize well-being in an accessible and enjoyable way.” 

The campaign, shot by Laura Jane Coulson, highlights themes of inclusivity and youthfulness, with Pharrell’s track ‘Joy’ setting the tone. 

Douglas Laing adds Girvan 16-year-old to red wine cask collection

Douglas Laing & Co. has unveiled a 16-Year-Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky from Girvan, finished in a Merlot Red Wine Cask. This is the fourth release in the exclusive Old Particular Red Wine Cask series.

Bottled at 48.4% ABV, the whisky boasts no artificial coloring or chill filtration, with each pairing in the collection carefully selected to enhance the whisky’s depth and complexity.

The bottle features a premium red wax dip and a QR code for an interactive tasting experience.

These releases showcase innovative packaging that merges design, sustainability, and storytelling, catering to consumers seeking unique, meaningful products.
