Paperworld Middle East opens tomorrow alongside record edition of Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East

The dual showcase creates a powerful sourcing and networking hub for the stationery, paper, gifting, and lifestyle sectors.

UAE – The 14th edition of Paperworld Middle East, the region’s premier international trade fair for paper, stationery, office and school supplies, and creative materials, opens tomorrow at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Running from 11–13 November, the three-day event will host over 450 regional and international brands and welcome more than 15,000 visitors from the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.

Co-located with the fastest-growing edition of Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East, featuring 200 exhibitors, the dual showcase creates a powerful sourcing and networking hub for the stationery, paper, gifting, and lifestyle sectors.

“Paperworld Middle East is one of the most influential trade events in its sector, providing a complete sourcing platform that spans the entire industry supply chain, from office and school supplies to arts and crafts, packaging, and private label solutions,” said Teresa Heitor Goncalves, Portfolio Director – Consumer Goods for both events.

She added that Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East is “strategically positioned to serve the industry during its busiest season, connecting artisans, suppliers, and manufacturers with leading retailers and buyers in search of premium, design-driven products.”

Among the key exhibitors at Paperworld Middle East are Farook International, Al Fahidi Stationery, Pan Gulf Marketing, and Ittihad Paper Mill, alongside international heavyweights such as Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), Main Paper, and the heritage U.S. brand A.T. Cross Pen Company.

Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East will present an impressive lineup of global and regional exhibitors, including The Hill Brush (UK), Aqua Flask (Philippines), Chuang Shih Plastic Co., Ltd. (Taiwan), International Company for Glass Industry (Egypt), and Meobottle (Australia).

UAE-based brands such as Juteberry, Al Makaan, and Event Gifts will highlight locally inspired craftsmanship and design.

The upcoming event promises an exciting lineup of engaging highlights designed to inspire, connect, and drive innovation across the paper, stationery, and gifting industries.

One of the key attractions will be The Hub Forum. At this thought-leadership stage, industry experts will explore emerging trends in e-commerce, digital transformation, and sustainability that are shaping the sector’s future.

Complementing this will be Project Sustainability, a curated showcase spotlighting eco-friendly innovations such as recycled stationery, energy-efficient office supplies, and responsibly sourced materials.

Among the featured products is the GiGiS Fusion 6X pen, known for its six times longer lifespan and reduced plastic waste.

Another major highlight is The Spotlight, a new 2025 feature that will showcase standout products from both exhibitions, including Ittihad Paper Mill’s Archer Multipurpose Paper and Pan Gulf Marketing’s POSCA paint markers.

Creativity will also take center stage at the Artistry Workshops, which offer hands-on sessions ranging from watercolour painting to sculpting.

This year’s expanded programme will open with a World Origami Day celebration led by artist Jamila Navagharwala.

For top-tier buyers and key decision-makers, The Premium Club will provide an exclusive lounge space designed for tailored networking and strategic business matchmaking.
