Titu Prints expands into roll-label manufacturing with PRPC 330 UV Digital Label Factory

The new setup enable operators to manage the full process, improving efficiency while lowering operational costs.

INDIA – Titu Prints has installed the new PRPC 330 UV Digital Label Factory to diversify its business and strengthen its packaging capabilities.

The investment marks the company’s entry into roll-label manufacturing, a growing segment driven by rising consumer demand for premium, application-ready packaging.

For nearly four decades, Titu Prints has been known for its commercial printing and photo album production.

However, with increasing customer interest in high-quality labels, owner Mukesh Tanwani saw an opportunity for growth.

“Customers desired labels that appeared real and uniform. This was the right time to move,” Tanwani said, noting that many clients had expressed frustration with hand-applied sheet labels that were prone to creasing and inconsistency.

The PRPC 330 UV Digital Label Factory integrates multiple processes into one workflow, including white and CMYK printing, varnish, foil, and digital cutting.

According to Tanwani, this setup enables one operator to manage the full process, improving efficiency while lowering operational costs.

He also highlighted that the system’s competitive pricing made it an ideal entry point into the label segment.

The investment comes after a long-standing partnership with Packnology Graphics, from which Titu Prints previously purchased two digital cutting machines.

With the latest addition, the company expects both immediate and long-term gains, from faster order fulfillment to greater readiness for future market demands in the fast-evolving packaging landscape.

“It’s not simply about matching current demand; it’s about preparing for the future,” Tanwani explained.

Titu Prints joins a growing number of Indian print and packaging firms embracing digital label technologies to stay competitive

Earlier this year, Arrow Digital installed a Durst Tau RSC E Label Press at Ahmedabad-based Shilp Gravures, enhancing their short-run label production capabilities.

Similarly, Sai Packaging adopted an HP Indigo 6K Digital Press, enabling flexible, on-demand printing with reduced waste.

These investments reflect a broader industry shift toward automation, digital precision, and sustainability.

As brands demand shorter lead times, personalization, and eco-friendly packaging, digital label solutions such as the PRPC 330 are helping converters deliver high-quality results efficiently.

With its latest move, Titu Prints positions itself not only to meet the growing roll-label demand but also to remain relevant in a marketplace increasingly defined by smart, digital, and sustainable packaging innovation.
