Pluss Advanced Technologies launches Celsure Endura Reusable packaging for pharma cold chain logistics

INDIA – Pluss Advanced Technologies has launched Celsure Endura, a reusable temperature-controlled shipping solution with more than 120 hours of thermal protection across multiple temperature profiles, targeting India’s rapidly expanding pharmaceutical and healthcare cold chain logistics sector.

The Gurugram-based material science company’s new PCM-based system supports temperature profiles including 2–8°C, 15–25°C and -15°C to -25°C, covering most cold chain requirements for pharmaceuticals, biotech products, diagnostics and clinical trial materials.

The reusable shippers have been validated for 45°C summer exposure and extreme winter conditions, enabling a single operating protocol throughout the year while reducing logistics costs.

The Celsure Endura range combines lightweight, reusable design with cost-efficient transportation, reducing packaging waste by up to 40% compared to single-use alternatives.

The system is built on advanced PCM technology that maintains precise temperature control without additional energy input, essentially functioning as a thermal battery that stores and releases energy at specific temperatures. 

Pluss has already saved more than 60 million vaccines from spoilage through its Celsure platform, demonstrating the reliability of its passive, power-free cooling solutions for global pharma cold chain logistics.
