The dismantling center will focus on recovering metals, plastics, glass, and rubber, feeding these materials back into manufacturing supply chains.

EDS’s green advertising platform adds a feedback loop: the advertisement encourages a specific recycling action, the consumer performs it, and the system rewards participation.

The proposed mandatory certification would apply to mechanically recycled plastic, material processed through shredding, washing, and melting without altering the polymer’s molecular structure.

Without formalised collection networks and downstream manufacturing demand, Vietnam’s recycling capacity will remain underutilised.

Ravi Jaipuria stated that the company is putting up a recyclable PET plant, noting that after putting that plant, imports will reduce substantially, and the company will be exporting to other countries from Zimbabwe.
