Cassio Simoes, Managing Director of Tetra Pak South Asia, highlights the evolving nature of the ice cream market, driven by a demand for indulgent flavors and innovative snacking options.

He notes that Tetra Pak supports nearly half of the world’s ice cream production, with an 80% likelihood that ice cream consumed in India has been processed using Tetra Pak equipment.
