Vention launches third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer in EMEA, cutting deployment time to 12 weeks

The 25% lower capital cost claim suggests that Vention’s modular approach avoids the custom engineering and specialised integration labour that drive up costs of traditional palletising systems.

EMEA – Vention has launched its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer in EMEA, offering complete end-of-line systems from case packing to palletising with installation in as little as four weeks and full systems in 12 weeks.

The system is built on Vention’s modular hardware platform and MachineMotion AI, with built-in LTE connectivity for remote support and live performance monitoring.

At interpack 2026, Vention is exhibiting with Universal Robots to present a packaging line combining collaborative robots with modular automation, featuring a robotic case packing cell powered by a UR10e, a modular conveyor ecosystem for product accumulation and transfer, and a palletising system powered by a UR20.

Designed for High-Mix Production

The conveyor line-up includes modular O-Ring and Poly-V conveyors, motors designed by Vention, and plug-and-play controls using MachineMotion AI.

Using MachineLogic and the Conveyor App, the system supports coordinated product movement, zero-pressure accumulation, and quicker line changes.

The system is suited to manufacturers dealing with high-mix and variable production, where speed and flexibility are important, and where automation can replace up to ten full-time operators on each shift.

Andrea Alboni, Vention EMEA general manager, explained that manufacturers are under increasing pressure to modernise packaging operations quickly while maintaining flexibility.

He noted that the platform simplifies automation by enabling customers to design, deploy, and operate complete end-of-line systems without the complexity of traditional integration while delivering payback periods as short as 1.3 years and up to 25 percent lower capital costs.

The Financial Case for Automation

The payback period of 1.3 years is aggressive by industrial automation standards, where two to three years is typical.

For manufacturers running multiple shifts, replacing up to ten operators per shift translates into direct labour cost savings that can quickly offset the capital investment.

The 25 percent lower capital cost claim suggests that Vention’s modular approach avoids the custom engineering and specialised integration labour that drive up costs of traditional palletising systems.

The system’s built-in connectivity also addresses a common pain point: downtime troubleshooting. With remote support and live performance monitoring, manufacturers can resolve faults without waiting for an on-site technician.

When Twelve Weeks Changes the ROI Equation

A palletising line that takes 12 weeks to deploy instead of 60 weeks changes the math for manufacturing finance teams.

Vention’s Rapid Series Palletizer collapses the timeline from concept to production, shifting capital from sitting on the balance sheet to generating returns.
