Metal Park’s integrated model supports recycling activities by providing storage, processing, and fabrication under one roof, reducing the transportation distances between scrap collection points and end-users.

The proposed mandatory certification would apply to mechanically recycled plastic, material processed through shredding, washing, and melting without altering the polymer’s molecular structure.

Without formalised collection networks and downstream manufacturing demand, Vietnam’s recycling capacity will remain underutilised.
