FRANCE – Aptar Beauty, a leading dispensing solution manufacturer, has partnered with SoPost, a digital sampling and distribution logistics company, to elevate the product sampling experience.

This collaboration combines Aptar Beauty’s expertise in manufacturing and filling samples with SoPost’s proficiency in developing digital campaigns and managing distribution logistics.

“Our partnership with SoPost brings real added value for our clients,” said Saveria Guelfucci, Turnkey Solutions Marketing Manager at Aptar Beauty.

“By collaborating on brand projects early on, we can help clients anticipate their future marketing activation campaigns by recommending the appropriate sample format based on the right distribution channel.”

Memo Paris, a French luxury fragrance house, was the first client to benefit from this partnership. They selected Aptar Beauty’s Imagin sampling solution alongside SoPost’s digital and logistical expertise.

Imagin offers a comprehensive packaging solution with an extra-flat spray format, ideal for economical postal distribution and compatible with e-commerce requirements.

The collaboration with SoPost allowed Memo Paris to target the right customers, track their product discovery journey, and gather valuable data for their CRM database.

Arthur Courtois-d’Auzac, Digital Head at Memo International, remarked, “We strive for each interaction with our brand to be enjoyable and memorable, and product sampling is a key point of contact in our brand experience.

“SoPost and Aptar not only cover the international sampling experience end-to-end, but they also share our mission, which is why we chose to work with them.

“This partnership allowed us to target the right people and improve our customer experience, profitably and efficiently, while minimizing waste and maximizing return on investment.”

Aptar Beauty offers a variety of mini formats to meet diverse campaign needs, ranging from lightweight options like Imagin to paper-based samplings such as iD SCENT, with various sizes and finishes.

SoPost, which recently achieved EcoVadis Gold status for sustainability, enhances brands’ sampling processes, enabling more effective distribution of fewer samples.

This innovation follows Aptar’s introduction of the Sensea fragrance pump for Guerlain’s alcohol-free fragrance, La Petite Robe Noire L’Eau Rose.

Known for its gentle actuation, the Sensea pump is part of Aptar Beauty’s VP4 fragrance spray pump range and features High-Definition Spray (HDS) insert technology.

The pump delivers a fine, homogeneous spray over a wide 60° angle, ensuring a pleasurable user experience.

This collaboration was designed to maintain the original fragrance’s sensory experience while preserving its olfactory identity.

The pump’s HDS technology and soft actuation play key roles in making the fragrance as enjoyable as the scent itself.
