A core focus of the 2025 Executive Circle was reinforcing Canon’s strategic pillar, ICE—Innovation, Customer and Employee Experience.

SEYCHELLES – Canon Central & North Africa (CCNA) concluded its Executive Circle Partner gathering in Seychelles, celebrating a decade of growth, technological innovation, and strengthened partnerships across the continent.
The milestone event brought together executives, distributors, and channel partners to reflect on CCNA’s achievements since its establishment and outline the company’s next phase of expansion in Africa.
Founded in 2016, CCNA was created to deepen Canon’s presence in Africa by building a strong, localized ecosystem of distributors, resellers, and service partners.
Over the past 10 years, the organization has broadened Canon’s footprint in key African markets, enhanced customer access to cutting-edge imaging and print technologies, and invested heavily in after-sales support and training programs.
This approach has enabled partners and customers to gain the expertise needed to navigate evolving digital and print environments.
A core focus of the 2025 Executive Circle was reinforcing Canon’s strategic pillar, ICE—Innovation, Customer and Employee Experience.
The initiative underscores Canon’s drive to unlock new markets and product portfolios, ensure stronger customer engagement across all touchpoints, and support employees with continuous learning opportunities.
“Our commitment to Africa goes beyond business, it is about collaboration, innovation, and shared growth,” said Somesh Adukia, Managing Director of CCNA.
“As we celebrate 10 incredible years, we remain focused on enabling our partners, investing in our customers, and empowering our people.”
A key highlight of the event was the launch of Canon’s new global brand campaign, “Canon’s World Unseen 2.0 – Coral Campaign.”
The initiative uses Canon’s imaging technologies to reveal the hidden beauty of coral reefs and raise global awareness of the urgent need to protect marine ecosystems.
Hosting the Executive Circle in Seychelles, one of the world’s most fragile and biodiverse island nations, reinforced the brand’s message of environmental stewardship through the power of imagery.
Earlier this year, Canon EMEA strengthened its sustainability commitments through a partnership with Nature Seychelles and Coral Spawning International (CSI).
The collaboration supports the region’s first large-scale coral restoration project using advanced coral reproduction methods designed to build reef resilience against climate change.
During the conference, partners visited the project site to witness the impact of this initiative firsthand.
The Executive Circle also served as a platform for strategic alignment, knowledge exchange, and business planning between Canon’s leadership and its pan-African partners.
The event concluded with a gala dinner and awards ceremony honouring top-performing partners in both B2B and B2C segments, as well as special 10th Anniversary Awards recognizing partners who have supported CCNA since its inception.
The 2025 gathering marked a landmark moment for Canon in Africa, celebrating a decade of partnership, shared success, and the collective ambition to shape the future of imaging across the continent.
