US – Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, has completed the acquisition of Mobile Janitorial & Paper (MJP), expanding its portfolio.
Mobile Janitorial & Paper is an exceptional distributor of janitorial sanitation and foodservice products.
Owned and operated by Ray Fillingim, the Company continues its legacy and is known for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products, and high-touch customer service.
Now in partnership with Imperial Dade’s market-leading platform, MJP’s customers can expect the same exceptional customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.

This deal represents Imperial Dade’s 56th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
Earlier this month, the company acquired International Sales & Marketing (ISM), a market-leading distributor of foodservice and janitorial sanitation products.
In addition, in August, the company also completed the acquisition of North Alabama Chemical (NAC).
Headquartered in Decatur, Alabama with two additional locations in Florence, Alabama and Huntsville, Alabama, NAC is a full-service provider of janitorial supplies, services and solutions owned and operated by Peter Farrell.
The Company has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products, and high-touch customer service.
Now in partnership with Imperial Dade’s market-leading platform, NAC’s customers can expect the same exceptional customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
Since taking over the roles of Chairman and CEO in 2007, Robert Tillis and Jason Tillis have overseen the growth of the company both organically and through acquisitions to become a leader in the food service packaging and janitorial supplies industry.
The company serves more than 90,000 customers across North America since its inception in 1935.
