VIETNAM – DenEast has broken ground on its new, cutting-edge Aseptic Nutrition beverage plant near Ho Chi Minh City, where a complete aseptic PET production line from Sidel will be installed to support the company’s growing manufacturing capabilities.
DenEast is a leading contract manufacturer of aseptic beverages in Vietnam, offering full-service solutions to brand owners across Southeast Asia.
Its integrated 360-degree service model covers multiproduct manufacturing, packaging innovation, raw material sourcing, beverage processing, R&D, warehousing, and vendor-managed inventory.
Located 45 km outside Ho Chi Minh City, DenEast’s current state-of-the-art facility produces up to one million litres of beverages weekly using advanced aseptic processing technology.
The new investment marks a strategic expansion to meet increasing demand for safe, high-quality nutrition products in Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asia Pacific (SEAP) region.
The global rise of sensitive beverages, such as nutrition drinks, plant-based alternatives, milk, and flavoured dairy, has fueled demand for safe and flexible PET packaging.
As brands across the SEAP region seek to respond to evolving consumer preferences, DenEast is positioning itself to lead with innovation and agility.
“We’re innovators at our core, continuously seeking solutions to diversify our manufacturing capabilities and explore new business opportunities,” said Johan Boden, CEO of DenEast.
“To meet the rising demand for healthy nutrition products across the region, we’ve chosen to invest in a complete aseptic PET processing and packaging line from Sidel.”
Sidel’s advanced aseptic PET line
At the heart of the new production setup is Sidel’s Aseptic Combi Predis—a highly flexible, FDA-compliant solution known for delivering exceptional product safety and quality.
Designed to support a wide range of formats and sizes (from 150ml to 1.5l), the line is ideal for processing both dairy-based and plant-based beverages.
The line also allows for multipack configurations using either cartons or shrink film, enabling DenEast to cater to diverse retail channels and consumer preferences.
Sidel’s strong local support network in Vietnam was instrumental in the partnership, offering ongoing technical assistance, maintenance, and ensuring seamless operations.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the new facility was held on 28 March 2025, marking a major milestone in DenEast’s continued investment in premium, sustainable beverage production.
