By introducing embellishment, finishing, and die-cutting solutions alongside printing machines, the company aims to position itself as an integrated solution provider for the labeling and packaging industry rather than as a supplier of standalone equipment.

MIDDLE EAST – True Colors Limited has launched seven new product lines in commercial printing, labeling, and packaging machinery, targeting domestic and international markets including India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
The Surat-based company, with its factory located in Navsari, Gujarat, made the disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The product launch represents a strategic diversification for True Colors Limited, which is reducing dependence on its textile-focused operations.
A Comprehensive Product Portfolio
The seven product lines include web-to-sheet book printing machines, sheet-fed book printing machines, digital label printers, label embellishment printers, flexible packaging printing machines, label die-cutting and finishing machines, and related accessories and auxiliary equipment.
By introducing embellishment, finishing, and die-cutting solutions alongside printing machines, the company aims to position itself as an integrated solution provider for the labeling and packaging industry rather than as a supplier of standalone equipment.
The expansion covers both domestic demand within India and international markets in Phase 1, specifically the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Strategic Rationale
The company’s management explained that the expansion marks a key step in True Colors Limited’s growth strategy, noting that this diversification strengthens the company’s presence in high-growth industrial printing markets while reducing dependence on textile-focused operations.
With rising demand across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, and e-commerce sectors, management believes the integrated printing and packaging solutions portfolio positions the company strongly for long-term growth in both domestic and international markets.
True Colors Limited, formerly True Colors Private Limited, is engaged in the printing technology and industrial solutions segment, offering advanced printing systems and related technologies.
The company’s registered office is located in Surat, Gujarat, with its factory in Navsari.
When a Printer Diversifies into Packaging
A company that built its reputation on textile printing is now selling book printing lines, digital label presses, and flexible packaging machines. True Colors’ expansion is not incremental, it is a pivot.
The seven new product lines signal that the company sees industrial printing, not consumer textiles, as its growth vector. For the packaging industry, that means a new supplier entering an already competitive market. For True Colors, it means survival.
