Alan Quéméneur – Chief Growth Officer
Alan Quéméneur brings deep expertise in strategic growth, market development, and customer-centric innovation to UNITED CAPS.
As CGO, he will lead global growth initiatives, develop market-entry strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and champion innovation in sustainable product development.
His impressive track record includes leadership roles at Berry Global and Albea Group. Alan holds a master’s in Plastic Engineering from ISPA Alençon in France and completed the Strategic Management Program at Ashton Business School.
In his new role, which began on April 7, Alan will spearhead UNITED CAPS’ efforts to strengthen its global market position, ensuring alignment with customer needs and sustainability goals.
Agnès Parmentier – Chief Human Resources Officer
Appointed as CHRO effective March 3, Agnès Parmentier brings over 14 years of experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, and inclusive culture building.
Her focus will be on advancing talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies, while supporting the company’s global expansion through a future-ready workforce.
Agnès will also lead initiatives to strengthen UNITED CAPS’ employer brand, prioritizing diversity, professional growth, and employee well-being as central pillars of the company’s HR strategy.
