The pallet frame is available in sizes 1420 × 1120 mm and 1300 × 1120 mm, and can be easily used with existing pallets and integrated into existing automated processes.
Its stackability also contributes to easy handling and efficient return logistics.

SOUTHERN EUROPE – ORBIS Europe has expanded its reusable pallet collars for food and beverage transport, featuring higher temperature resistance for hot regions, with customers able to choose between recycled polypropylene and virgin material.
The upgraded solution is a durable and robust stacking top frame designed for use with pallets and dunnage, stabilising load units containing aluminium cans, glass bottles, and PET bottles.
Compared to the previous model, the enhanced temperature resistance enables reliable transport in demanding climates such as Southern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
The top frame also resists chemicals, insects, and water, with a metal casing and rounded edges absorbing impacts and reducing damage to the reusable solution. Nubs at the corners stabilise the load without damaging products.
Meeting Hygiene and Regulatory Requirements
Customers with particularly high hygiene requirements, such as those in the food and beverage industry, will find that the solution meets these strict standards.
The smooth plastic surfaces make cleaning easy, a critical feature for reusable packaging that cycles between production facilities, distribution centres, and retail backrooms where contamination risks are high.

Circular Economy by Design
Sustainability is central to ORBIS, and the new pallet frame is 100 percent recyclable.
By choosing recycled polypropylene, users can comply with regulatory requirements such as the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
At the end of the product’s lifecycle, ORBIS buys back the solution and recycles it into the production of new reusable packaging, offering users additional financial benefits. This closed-loop model ensures that material value is retained rather than lost to landfill.
Designed for Demanding Environments
Jürgen J. Krahé, Senior Director of ORBIS Europe, explained that with the new generation of the stacking frame, the company is offering a solution that meets requirements even in highly demanding environments, helping customers ensure a reliable flow of goods in the food and beverage industry.
He added that ORBIS products help customers operate in a way that is both resource-efficient and economically sustainable.
A reusable pallet frame that survives hundreds of trips, withstands hot summer temperatures, and returns to ORBIS for recycling at end-of-life is not just packaging, it is infrastructure.
