SPAIN – Packaging provider Quadpack has announced the expansion of its tottle range, offering beauty brands various sustainable and stylish options for on-the-go products.

This move responds to growing consumer demand for convenient and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

The expanded tottle collection includes diverse shapes, sizes, and materials, such as recyclable plastics and post-consumer recycled content.

For example, the Oval Tottle is designed for face and hand creams, while the Nau Tottle is ideal for eye treatments. Additionally, the Warka, Torso, and Uruk Tottles provide monomaterial solutions for brands focused on sustainability.

“There’s something satisfying about using tottles. They are comfortable to hold, and their squeezability gives a sense of control. Tottles are perceived as a more premium product than standard tubes, and we’re seeing a surge in demand,” said Mónica Arcos, Category Specialist at Quadpack.

“We’re always working to offer the best solutions, which is why we are expanding the range with trendy shapes and sizes. By adding decorative elements and textured finishes, brands can add a new twist to their beauty products.”

Quadpack has also introduced new customization options, allowing brands to personalize the tottle designs.

The company’s Creative Hub is dedicated to developing innovative aesthetic shapes and functional applicators to enhance the user experience.

The tottle range is part of Quadpack’s broader sustainability initiatives. The company provides life cycle analysis data for each tottle product, enabling brands to evaluate the environmental impact of their packaging choices.

By offering a diverse range of tottle options, Quadpack aims to support beauty brands in creating on-the-go products that appeal to environmentally conscious consumers without compromising on style or functionality.

In July, Quadpack merged with PSB Industries’ subsidiary, Texen, forming a significant player in the beauty packaging industry.

Although the merger is in its early stages and operational changes are not expected immediately, the new group will have combined sales of €350 million (US$381.74 million), with 2,000 employees and an industrial presence in six countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Texen, headquartered in Brion, France, specializes in bespoke packaging solutions for the luxury makeup and perfumery markets. It has factories in France, Poland, Mexico, and the US.

Quadpack, based in Barcelona, Spain, offers standard packaging solutions for the masstige skincare and makeup markets. It has factories in Germany and Spain and a sales network spanning Europe, the US, and Australia.

The merger aims to expand into new territories and market segments, offering a comprehensive range of ready-to-use and tailor-made packaging solutions.
