WEST AFRICA – Tetra Pak, a leading packaging and processing solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Haithem Debbiche as the new Managing Director for West Africa, succeeding Aruna Oshiokamele, who has held the position since 2018.
Haithem Debbiche, a graduate of Sorbonne University in Paris, brings extensive experience to his new role, having joined Tetra Pak in 2003 and held various positions within the organization.

James Cropper appoints new head of sales
Meanwhile, James Cropper, a leading paper products expert, has appointed Gareth Fisher as the new head of sales to drive growth across the company’s three key product areas: specialty paper, luxury packaging papers, and molded fiber products.
In his role, Gareth Fisher will lead and coach the James Cropper sales team, develop sales growth strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
With over a decade of industry experience, Gareth brings a wealth of expertise in sales, negotiation, sustainable leadership, and strategy development to the position.
