USA – American Packaging Corporation (APC has announced Ray Graham as its new CEO and president, effective 1 January 2025, marking a major leadership transition.
This follows the retirement of Jeff Koch on 31 December 2024, who has since joined APC’s board of directors.
Graham, a seasoned executive with over two decades at APC, began his journey in 2002, leading the Flexographic Printing & Laminating Center of Excellence in Iowa.
His accomplishments include modernizing facilities, establishing two greenfield sites, and making significant capital investments.
Over the years, Graham expanded his role, eventually overseeing all Centers of Excellence, driving operational success, and spearheading additional greenfield developments.
In 2022, Graham was promoted to executive vice president and COO, broadening his oversight to include sales, marketing, technical functions, HR, and IT.
In 2024, he became president, setting the stage for his CEO appointment. Graham commented, “As CEO, I am excited about APC’s future and our unmatched capabilities in flexible packaging.
“Our continuous investment in equipment, technologies, and talent ensures we remain the best partner for our customers.”
APC operates six Centers of Excellence across the U.S., employing nearly 1,300 people and specializing in various printing, laminating, pouch, and bag fabrication techniques.
Croxsons appoints new quality & technical manager
Meanwhile, Croxsons, a leader in glass packaging, has appointed Veronica Chambers as quality & technical manager.
Chambers, who brings over a decade of experience in the drinks and packaging industry, will focus on compliance, quality management systems, and sustainability.
Reporting to the commercial director, she will oversee product quality, manage customer compliance inquiries, and enhance supply chain performance.
Chambers expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “I was drawn to Croxsons’ reputation and commitment to sustainability. This role aligns with my values, and I’m eager to contribute to the company’s success.”
Croxsons CEO Tim Croxson added, “Veronica’s expertise will be pivotal in elevating our operations and delivering value to our customers.”
Elmwood appoints senior brand strategist for New York studio
Finally, Elmwood, a global design consultancy, has welcomed Marti Rosenberger as senior brand strategist at its New York studio.
Rosenberger joins from creative agency Code and Theory, where she advised top B2C and B2B clients, including Diageo, Con Edison, and Qualcomm.
In her new role, Rosenberger will collaborate with corporate and consumer clients across various sectors, helping expand Elmwood’s strategic offerings.
Emma Godfrey, managing director of Elmwood New York, praised Rosenberger’s experience and innovative mindset, saying, “Marti’s expertise and curiosity will push the boundaries of what branding can achieve for businesses.”
