Berlin Packaging bolsters its North America portfolio with acquisition of Jansy
US – US-based hybrid packaging company, Berlin Packaging has completed the acquisition of Jansy, a leading provider of turnkey packaging solutions to the health and beauty industry.
Founded in 2007 by Brad Zaikov, Jansy offers a range of value-added services, including product formulation, lab services, testing, blending and filling services, sustainable packaging solutions, and procurement and shipping for all types of packaging substrates
The firm combines in-house design and engineering expertise with a deep network of manufacturing and logistics partners to provide customers with award-winning packaging solutions.
In addition, the company offers its clients a one-stop shopping experience and acts as a single-source partner, providing superior, customized solutions spanning materials, products, and applications to meet any requirement.
Jansy has expansive quality assurance teams in the United States and abroad to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality finished goods.

The acquisition is the third purchase Berlin Packaging made in North America this year and its sixth acquisition worldwide.
Last month, the company acquired the Spanish distributor of glass packaging Vidrierías Pérez Campos.
