USA – BW Packaging has combined its BW Filling & Closing, BW Flexible Systems, and BW Integrated Systems divisions into one unified entity, effective right away.
This shift moves the company from separate business units to a streamlined operation centered on product lines.
The change unites more than 2,000 employees across the globe, allowing for the creation and maintenance of complete packaging lines with ongoing aftermarket services for clients everywhere.
In a statement, Rachana Creeth, president of BW Packaging, said, “We couldn’t be more excited about what this transformation means for our team members, customers and industry partners.”
She noted that the new setup fosters closer teamwork worldwide and helps address customer needs through complete packaging setups, while upholding the company’s main principles.
The merged organization improves delivery of packaging systems in key sectors and speeds up services for global customers.
Denning Saum, chief product and marketing officer at BW Packaging, indicated that the combined skills and dedication will bring faster assistance and innovative setups to clients, no matter their location.
He stressed the focus on straightforward, high-quality interactions for all users.
Existing contracts and orders stay in place with no interruptions, and dealings with BW Packaging groups remain the same.
Matt Venezia, chief commercial officer at BW Packaging, assured, “Our customers can feel confident that their current agreements and daily operations will continue seamlessly as we move forward.”
He added that the team will notify partners ahead of any future shifts to ensure clear and steady progress.
The leadership group now features Creeth, Saum, Venezia, Pete Carlson as chief operating officer, Eric Collier as chief automation and integration officer, Heath Eckert as chief finance and administration officer, Geoff Nykin as chief strategy and enablement officer, and Greg Wolf as chief strategic initiatives officer.
Since sharing the news with staff in June, the leaders have placed over 150 people into new roles.
