The acquisition allows TedPack to better serve its US customers and strengthen its presence in the American market.

USA – TedPack, a leading Chinese flexible packaging manufacturer, has acquired the packaging operations of Fairview International, a Wisconsin-based company.
The acquisition, effective July 1, 2025, marks TedPack’s first major expansion into the United States, with the establishment of its U.S. headquarters in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
This development aims to enhance localized services for customers across all 50 states, addressing the growing demand for sustainable and efficient packaging solutions.
According to TedPack, the acquisition transfers all of Fairview International’s flexible packaging operations to its management, ensuring continuity for existing customers.
“This acquisition allows us to provide better localized services to customers across all 50 states,” said Noah Zhang, co-founder of TedPack.
“The U.S. has long been our main market, and establishing operations here enables us to offer improved response times and closer customer support.”
The company, which has served the U.S. market from China for 13 years, specializes in laminated and customized printed bags and pouches for industries including food and beverage, pet food, and personal care.
In a statement, TedPack emphasized its commitment to maintaining high service standards while integrating global resources to enhance operations.
The transition preserves all existing agreements, terms, and ongoing projects, with customers continuing to work with the same staff members from Fairview International.
Vince Cochran, who previously led Fairview’s operations, announced the transition in a letter to customers, noting that contact information will remain unchanged initially, though communications will soon come from TedPack, TedPackUSA, or TedPackLLC.
TedPack’s acquisition aligns with this trend, leveraging Fairview’s established infrastructure in Jackson, Wisconsin, to deliver cost-effective and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
The company’s Chinese facility, located in Dongguan, boasts an annual production capacity of 200 million units, serving markets in the U.S. and Europe with products like compostable stand-up pouches that decompose within six months.
A recent industry report highlights the growing focus on sustainable packaging, with companies like Nestlé investing in recyclable materials to meet 2025 sustainability goals.
