ITALY – Depart, a subsidiary of Alapala Holding focused on milling spare part sales and after-sales services, has recently entered into a collaboration agreement with Italy’s Dolzan Packaging.
Established in 1962, Dolzan Packaging has been at the forefront of providing automatic packaging machines and semi-automatic dosing machines catering to diverse products, including granular, powdery, and liquid substances packaged in various shapes and sizes.
Under the terms of the agreement, Depart Packaging Solutions will oversee the sales and marketing efforts of Dolzan Packaging’s machines.
Cengiz Tiryakioğlu, the general manager of Depart, expressed confidence in the collaboration, citing Dolzan Packaging’s global distribution network, robust after-sales services, and high customer satisfaction track record.
“This partnership marks the latest milestone in Depart’s strategic alliances within the packaging industry,” remarked Tiryakioğlu.
He highlighted a similar agreement signed last December with ISG Pack, which expanded Depart’s offerings to include wrapping machines, shrink wrap machines and vacuum machines.
With Dolzan Packaging becoming Depart’s fifth business partner in the packaging machine sector, Tiryakioğlu emphasized the rapid growth of Depart Packaging Solutions, surpassing initial expectations.
He pledged to continue meeting clients’ diverse demands worldwide by providing the most suitable machine systems.
Depart Packaging Solutions prides itself on offering an extensive array of solutions, including shrinking machines, vacuum machines, customized vertical and horizontal flow pack packaging machines, depalletizers, carton formers, cartoning, automatic carton closers, palletizers, robot cells, stretch-wrappers, transports, and more, tailored to meet the needs of various producers.
In another partnership move in December 2023, Depart entered into a strategic agreement with Mega Dryers, a company based in Argentina that specializes in advanced grain drying systems.
The partnership aims to enhance Depart’s comprehensive solutions for the milling and grain industries.
Cengiz Tiryakioğlu expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration and the opportunities it presents.
“Following the agreement we made in September, we have almost completed our sales, marketing, and operational steps,” he stated.
“As of the end of October, we will be giving a start to our sales activities for customers who want to increase efficiency in drying, which is one of the most critical steps of grain processing.”
Depart’s decision to incorporate Mega Dryers’ cutting-edge grain drying systems aligns with its commitment to providing innovative and efficient solutions to its clients.
