The move centralizes MCC’s executive leadership and other area-based teams.

USA – Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), a leading provider of labeling solutions for consumer packaging, has officially opened its new corporate headquarters in Atlanta’s Buckhead district.
The facility, spanning modern office spaces, now houses the company’s executive team and supports hybrid work arrangements for employees in the region.
According to company announcements, this relocation from Rosemont, Illinois, centralizes decision-making processes and facilitates quicker responses to market demands in the packaging sector.
The move arrives at a time for MCC, which specializes in pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and digital printing technologies used across food, beverage, and personal care industries.
In a statement, MCC highlighted how the Atlanta site will integrate teams from various functions, including research and development, to streamline operations worldwide.
This setup enables staff to conduct regular sessions on product enhancement, drawing on local talent in a city known for its logistics and innovation hubs.
Hassan Rmaile, MCC’s President and CEO, described the transition during an internal briefing.
“This new headquarters brings our leaders together to speed up decisions and exchange ideas more readily,” he said.
The design incorporates open-plan areas and adaptable meeting rooms, which accommodate events like strategy workshops and team-building activities.
Such features aim to maintain productivity amid remote work trends, with on-site amenities including wellness zones and tech-equipped collaboration pods.
Tatiana Berardinelli, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, noted in an internal memo that the change improves team dynamics.
She explained that closer proximity among executives sharpens focus on client needs and operational efficiency.
This comes alongside recent leadership additions; on October 13, MCC appointed Kathleen Phelps as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Phelps, with prior experience at major consumer goods firms, joins to oversee financial strategies supporting expansion in eco-friendly materials.
MCC’s emphasis on sustainability ties directly into the headquarters’ role.
The company recently earned joint certification from the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) and RecyClass for its SealPPeel technology, a peelable label that separates easily from PET bottles for better recycling rates.
Launched earlier this year, this innovation aids brands in meeting circular economy goals without compromising label performance.
